Honest, proportionate fire safety advice with nothing to sell.
Fire safety compliance can feel complicated, and the advice you receive does not always make it simpler.
Our fire safety consultancy is genuinely independent. We have no products to recommend and no certification schemes to sell. We look at your building, understand your specific situation and give you practical, proportionate advice that helps you meet your legal obligations without unnecessary cost or complexity.
We work with building owners, developers, operators and managers across the built environment, from commercial and residential buildings through to infrastructure, energy storage and heritage properties.
No products. No agenda. Just honest advice.
We are not affiliated with any product manufacturer, certification body or remediation contractor. The recommendations we make are driven entirely by what your building actually needs — not by what generates additional work for us or our partners.
What we offer
Our fire safety services
Fire risk assessments
Under the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005, the responsible person for any non-domestic premises must carry out and regularly review a fire risk assessment. We carry out thorough, independent assessments that identify hazards, evaluate risks and set out clear, practical recommendations proportionate to your building and its use. We do not produce generic reports, we assess your building and give you advice that is specific to it.
