Construction phase fire safety plans

A Construction Phase Fire Safety Plan sets out the fire safety arrangements for your site, covering means of escape, fire detection and warning, emergency procedures and coordination with the emergency services. We develop plans in accordance with HSG 168 and the Joint Code of Practice on the Protection from Fire of Construction Sites and Buildings Undergoing Renovation (JCOP), ensuring they meet the requirements of your insurer as well as your regulatory obligations. Plans are written for site managers and H&S teams rather than filing cabinets, and updated throughout the construction phase as your project evolves.
